Zig Ziglar
After reading a post on the 12wbt forum and this blog post http://bellaxthree.wordpress.com/2012/05/09/100-reasons-why-i-want-to-lose-weight/
I decided to make my own list of reasons for doing the 12wbt and change my life. I can come back to this daily and it will be a reminder, my motivation to live and achieve FREEDOM!
Mish says 'motivation is like a bad boy friend, never there when you need it'. So I am posting this so it is here when I need it.
