The next step

I just came across this blog post. It resonates with me at the moment. I am focused on the next step not the big picture this time around. The now is what I have to work with. Angela has worded it well so I have included the link here for you to take a look.

I am following the program well so far. 5 days in and the eating is spot on to the plan and the exercise is happening every day. Looking forward to pushing myself for tomorrow's SSS.
