I posted this commitment statement on the 12wbt commitment forum.
I commit to action change. I will follow round 4 of 12wbt with honesty and integrity. I am committed to losing 15kg's, and jogging 3km by the end of the 12 weeks. My journey will be for a lifetime not just 12 weeks. I am committed to becoming a healthier, happier person. I am committed to do the work to get me there!
I will develop a healthy relationship with food that will nourish my body.
I will NOT give up after the first 3 weeks.
I am concerned that it is just words without substance. I have posted something similar the last 2 times I have done 12wbt. The last 2 times have been false starts. I am happy that I am 10 kg lighter than I was at the beginning of the year. I just know that potentially I could be far ahead of where I am now.
But now is what I have to work with and you know what they say about hindsight.
I am determined that I am a woman of my word. This is why I am posting this here for all to see. Please hold me to it!
