Acheivments

Week 1 is done!


I got up at 5:15/5:30 6 days.

I walked a total of 32.8km
I got on a bike for the first time in years and rode 1 km (bike broke!)
I ate food that nourished my body for better health
I exercised even though I could not do everything on the plan.
I exercised through DOMS and came out the other side!
I did not give into temptation once even with attending 2 BBQ's
My body feels great this week.
