What do I want out of life?
The same as everyone I guess. To be happy and healthy and to do anything I choose to do without opting out because of a lack of fitness or being too big to do something or to buy the clothes to do it. I want to live an action packed life. The name of this blog is action pact because I am making a pact to continue to take action. I will make decisions each day that will enhance the quality of my life and others around me.
I will do this with determination and integrity. I will not let excuses get in the way. I will get up and move more, I will eat clean, I will live! I will achieve strength of mind and in turn, strength of body. I got to where I am from pure laziness. I aim to fix that.
This blog will be the story of my 12WBT journey.
12WBT is the Michelle Bridges program that I will be doing. It will support me on my journey and give me the tools I need to live an action packed life.
